Bruce Pomer presented his in-depth investment thesis on Japanese M&A market at Japan Investing Summit 2012.

While many Japan investors and observers point to deflationary pressures or challenging demographics as reasons behind Japanese equities’ underperformance, this session focuses on a neglected, yet crucial aspect of this: the Japanese M&A market. In this session, veteran Japan M&A dealmaker Bruce Pomer provides an overview of key trends in domestic and overseas M&A dynamics and discusses the related challenges and opportunities for investors in Japanese companies.
