About the instructor:
Jonathan Bates-Kawachi is a value investor with significant experience researching and investing in the Japanese equity market. While Jonathan is currently managing his own capital with a focus on Japanese small and micro caps, his previous work experience includes working as a research analyst at Fidelity and Deutsche Bank in Tokyo. Jonathan holds a BA from Cambridge University and a Masters in Finance from London Business School. He is fluent in Japanese.
