Laurent Halmos is a fund manager specializing in Japanese equities at FOURPOINTS Investment Managers, an investment firm based in Paris, France. Prior to moving to the buy-side in 2010, Mr. Halmos was head of research for mid and small caps at CLSA Asia Pacific Securities in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Halmos has 15+ years of experience analysing and investing in Japanese equities and was ranked top in Institutional Investor magazine and in the Nikkei newspaper analyst rankings in 2003-2004 and also was ranked best performer among sell-side analysts in Japan by Starmine.
