About the instructor:
Michael van Biema is the founder and managing principal of van Biema Value Partners, LLC, which was established in 2004. Michael was a faculty member of Columbia Business School from 1992 to 2004, where he taught a number of MBA courses including one on value investing. Michael received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University. Michael is the co-author of the book “Value Investing from Graham to Buffett and Beyond” (Wiley, June 2001), and continues to lecture internationally on value investing.
